Greeted by a warming office staff, who all introduced themselves by name. Dr. Tadje has already reviewed my MRI films prior to my first appointment and was ready to discuss treatment options and answer all my questions. Loved that his face wasn't buried in the computer / chart looking at my info and actually took the time to speak face to face.

The most caring and compassionate people. I have had a very difficult time in my life with an injury on top. I have never meet a team so dedicated to my healing physically and emotionally. I am blessed to have them to take care of me.

Dr. Tadje is the BEST! I have had serious issues with my elbow since 2013. I ended up in the ED with Sepsis due to infection related to previous hardware placed by a different Ortho Surgeon. Dr.Tadje took me to the OR, found a huge infection, broken titanium hardware and screws, along with an unhealed Ulna. He definitely has saved my arm and I am so greatful God has a plan which sent me to the most knowledgable and caring Surgeon. Dr. Tadje also repaired my sons clavicle after a fall two years ago, and he is doing great. Our family and friends highly recommend Dr.Tadje and his very caring and professional staff, especially Makayla and Kelly. Thank you!!!

Dr. Tadje is the BEST! I knew of him prior to my initial consultation but not as a doctor. I had asked around and received nothing but rave reviews so I scheduled my appointment. He is kind, smart and explained all of my options in detail that I was able to understand. I chose to go through with having surgery. His staff was great as I navigated the pre-op procedures. The surgery was done at Treasure Valley Hospital, and I highly recommend going there as well. Dr. Tadje visited with me prior to surgery and everything went perfectly. I'm now 3 months post-op and everything is healing as expected. While I hope I never need another surgery, if I ever do, I pray Dr. Tadje is still practicing!

I am forever grateful Dr. Tadje was on call to perform and emergency hip replacement on me 1/1/23. He did an amazing job, and really helped to calm me as I was quite scared. Follow up with him and his staff could not have been better. thank you, thank you, thank you!
